Meet The Board
Pamela Kennar is a faithful member of Bible Enrichment International Fellowship Church since 2011. After being Fellowship into the church, Pamela joined the Christian Training & Discipleship program in 2013. She then became a part of Bible Enrichment School of Theology. Wanting to increase her knowledge of God, she continued with BEST as well as attending Facultad. Pamela has a heart for service and has served with the Hospitality Team. She currently serves as the Sr Lead Teachers Assistant for the school. Pamela loves to dance, enjoys House Music as well as LoFi music as is a lap swimmer.

Dr. Janice Thomas is a charter member of Bible Enrichment Fellowship International Church and has served in the capacity of Hostess, Pastor’s Personal Assistant, Amor Bearer, Ministers Alliance, Deaconess, Choir Member and Christian Education Board. She holds a Ph. D in Community College Executive Leadership from Argosy University, MA ED in Educational Management, MS in School Counseling, Bachelor in Organizational Leadership, and an Associate in Interdisciplinary Studies. Dr. Thomas has earned more than 75 certificates and awards in education and from the community. Since then, Dr. Thomas has retired from Inglewood Unified School District and brings her expertise to the BEST Board.

Jozella Reed is an Instructor/Director of Student Services. Jozella is a charter member and Elder of Bible Enrichment Fellowship International Church. She is on the Praise Team and an assistant Choir Director. Elder Jozella holds Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in Christian Ministry, and a Master of Divinity.

Ramona Wade has served as the Bible Enrichment Fellowship School of Theology (“BEST”) Registrar since 2020. She is an Alumni of B.E.S.T. and she holds a Bachelor of Ministry from Faculty of Theology International and a Masters of Divinity from Azusa Pacific University.

Dr. Jetro Alves Da Silva serves as the Dean of Administration at the Bible Enrichment School of Theology (BEST). A distinguished academic leader, scholar, and musician, Dr. Da Silva brings a rare combination of high-level administrative expertise and deep theological erudition to the institution.
Academic Foundation
Dr. Da Silva’s academic journey is marked by excellence in both the arts and divinity. He holds a Bachelor of Music from the world-renowned Berklee College of Music, where he developed the foundational discipline and creativity that has characterized his career. Advancing his studies into the realm of theology and leadership, he earned both a Master’s degree and a Doctoral degree from Andover Newton Theological School, the oldest graduate school of theology in the United States. This rigorous educational background provides the framework for his unique approach to institutional leadership.

As the Dean of Administration at BEST, Dr. Da Silva now oversees the school’s operational and strategic functions. His leadership ensures that the institution maintains the highest standards of excellence in biblical education while fostering a culture of professional and spiritual growth for both students and staff.
